Market Vendors

If you are a regular business to our markets or want to join the Monday Night Markets, you’ll need to get in touch with the amazing Fr. Steve, our Market Manager! Please call 0478 896 051 or email with your general enquiries here.

If you are interested in becoming an Inglewood Night Markets vendor, then please make sure you have this certification from the City of Stirling to trade at events. It’s important guys, as no certificate, no spot at our markets. Find the application HERE.

Secondly, please fill out our form to officially register your interest as a Inglewood Night Markets vendor. We pride ourselves on having some of the best variety of food trucks and vendors, catering for all types of foodie, from GF, Halal, Vegan and meat lovers. If you have a food business that falls into a niche category, then let us know about it. We are especially interested this season in continuing our vege, GF and vegan loving friends but also healthy kids meal options and a great price value option. We want to be able to promote that all savoury food vendors have a $10 or less food option.

Lastly, and just as importantly, please read and sign the T’s and C’s for the Inglewood Night Markets application. It is the last and vital part of the application. You must of completed all three of the above forms to have a chance of being a successful applicant. Part applications will not be considered.

1. Have you completed your
City Of Stirling Event Food Permit?
2. Have you filled out our
application form?
3. Have you read and signed the
Inglewood Night Markets Terms and Conditions?

Once these three forms are completed, please email with the certifications and completed and signed forms and one of the busy market teams will get back to you in due course.

*hint: we get a huge amount of applications to be part of the Monday night gang. Unfortunately we have limited space and pride ourselves on offering our market patrons variety. If you have a popular food type and we already have one or two in the same category, your application may be unsuccessful for this season.

Please be patient before and during the market season (October 14th -April 6th) as you can imagine we are very busy, so email responses may take longer than usual.
